 Faculty Activities

• Mrs. K.Poojitha and V. Vinitha had participated in “JNANABHERI” ( Knowledge Summit ) workshop on Global Competitiveness organized by “ Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE)” on 20^th September, 2018 held at Indira Gandhi Municipal Stadium, Vijayawada.
• Mrs. K.Poojitha participated in FDP on “ZOHO and INSTA EMI for ESC’s” organized by Andhra Pradesh Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC) from 22^nd October to 26^th October 2018. 

  

           

• Mrs. K.Poojitha attended a BOS in K.B.N College PG Centre for M.Com as Alumunus on 15^th February, 2019.

• Mrs. K.Poojitha presented a paper on 'Skill Development in India - Initiatives and Challenges', in two day national seminar SKILL SET THROUGH EXPERIMENTS AND EXPLORATIONS, conducted by PG Departments of Maris Stella College on 5th and 6th march, 2019.
  

Guest Lectures and Workshops

• I and II M.Com students have participated in a Guest Lecture conducted by ‘Future Wise – Inspires Leadership’ resource person Gangadhar on the topic Career Guidance Corporate Recruitment Training on 25^th February, 2019.

• On 12^th March, 2019 Eenadu conducted a Voters’ Awareness Programme in which all the PG and MBA students have participated.

TWO DAY NATIONAL SEMINAR

A Two Day National Conference on ‘Skill Set Through Education - Experiments and Explorations’ on 5^th and 6^th March, 2019, conducted by PG Departments of English and Economics in Celebration of Silver Jubilee organized by PG Departments.

Student Participation and Achievements

·            Students of II M.Com have gone through 6 weeks internship from 24^th April, 2017 to 5^th June, 2017 with various manufacturing units and industries in order to do their academic project in III Semester.

•  K. Swetha Priya of I M.Com participated in Elocution on the topic “Cleanlisness is next to Godliness” conducted by ‘Brahma Kumari’s Eshwari Viswa Vidhyalaya High School’ for “All India Youth Bus Exhibition Campaign” on 21^st July, 2018.
•  V. Jahnavi of II M.Com students have undergone for Internship for 4 weeks from 1^st August to 31^st August, 2018 to conduct survey on Market Perception about the Vijaya Bank among general public and received a stipend of Rs.1000 per week.

• V. Jahnavi of II M.Com got selected for ‘Mphasis’ in the placement drive conducted at S.R.R & C.V.R Government Degree College on 13^th December, 2018.
•  V. Jahnavi and J.Sowjanya of II M.Com, have participated and got placed in a placement drive conducted by Bright Star Educational Institutions on 5^th February, 2019.
