GUEST LECTURES AND WORKSHOPS

2017-18

• The guest lecture for one day was organised on “G.S.T seminar organised by U.G department for 2nd M.B.A students on 7th August 2017.

• M.Com students have attended the seminar on Breast Feeding organised by Women cell of Maris Stella College, on 5th August 2017.

• Three Days Workshop on Disaster Management was conducted by N.S.S of our college 2 students of II M.Com have attended from 16th to 18th August 2017.Students are M. Prameela and Mohammad Raheemunnisa.

• Photography – Techniques and Career Prospects – Orientation and Awareness Workshop was organised by NIKON, Vijayawada branch in coordination with MBA and PG Department of Commerce for the students of MBA and M.Com., on 14th November, 2017.
• Guest Lecture on the topic Career and Personality Development was organised by the MBA Department for Final Year B.Com.,MBA and M.Com.,students. The resource person for this lecture was Mr. G.S.Rao, Director,GURU ACADEMY,Vijayawada and it was held on 13^th November, 2017.
• 

2016-17

• Mr.G.Sudharshan from NSIC, Hyderabad – the guest speaker for one day  workshop on “Entrepreneurship Orientation Programme” for M.B.A & M.Com students on 8th September 2016.

• Mr.P.Narashima, Director, TIME Institute   delivered a lecture on “Career Opportunities in Banking and Government sector on 5th October 2016.

• Mr.V.Santosh Reddy, Executive - BSE , delivered a lecture on Stock Markets In India for M.B.A &M.Com students on 10th October 2016.

• Mr.P.V.V.S.Murthy, Visiting faculty of MBA, ANU delivered a lecture on “Consumer Protection Act” on 6th January, 2017 M.B.A &M.Com students.

• Mr.B.Bhusan, Manager, Exide Life Insurance, delivered a lecture on Emerging Issues in Insurance Sector on 4th March 2017.

• One Day Workshop on Enhancing the  Presentation Skills for M.B.A &M.Com students on 27th March 2017.Mr.P.Pavan Kumar, Director, Praman Management Academy  was the Speaker of the day.

• A Workshop on ‘Service Tax and Practical Knowledge’ conducted by  ‘The Institute Of  Computers Accountants’.

• II MCom students have attended One Day National Workshop UGC Sponsered on the topic Role Of Human Values In Higher Educatiuon For Personal and Professional Excellence.
